Beginning Yoga

Facilitator: Cindy Brewer, a certified personal trainer and instructor at PowerShack Fitness. Yoga format will be an inclusive form of yoga with modifications so that everyone can learn. Taught in a beginner format, let’s learn basic yoga poses together. Class will be an hour in length with a warm up, a more active middle portion of the practice and then a stretch and cool down. Please bring a yoga mat.
You must complete basic health assessment before you can begin classes.
Saturdays at 10:30. Cost $96 for 12 sessions or $10/per session walk-in.
