In celebration of Earth Day, we will have two garden days at the Northwest Children’s Garden this April. First, Saturday, April 26 we will be in the garden from 10-1 for our Earth Day Columbus event. Earth Day Columbus and Green Columbus are organizations that support community garden projects throughout central Ohio. They continue to support the garden program at church by donating mulch, soil, and other garden supplies to help us jumpstart the growing season. We are in need of volunteers to help with mulching, weeding, and planting. Then on Sunday, April 27 we will have a church Earth Day celebration following worship. Lunch is included and children, youth, and adults are invited to both garden work days.
